Booking Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Eden Birdline. We strive to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please carefully read and understand the following booking terms and conditions before making your reservation.
General Policies
- By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- All guests must present valid government-issued identification upon check-in.
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 9:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled from 0 days to 15 days before the check-in date 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 15 days to 30 days before the check-in date 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled from 30 days or more before the check-in date 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No refund will be applicable for the cancellation received on bookings from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
- No refunds will be provided for non-utilized rooms or early check-out.
- Refunds on Cruise Tickets (Govt. Ferry / Makruzz / Nautika) or any other cruise tickets & it is subject to the operator’s cancellation policy.
- The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight/ ferry.
- The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation of booking due to climatic changes / Natural Disaster.
- No Check-In will be given to Foreigner Guest, NRI or POI without Valid Passport, Visa.
Payment Terms
Booking and Payment
- Room Booking / Reservations will be blocked to a pre specified cut-off period or date after which it will be automatically released unless payment is received without any prior intimation.
- Bookings will be confirmed only after full payment in advance.
- Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person.
- A valid credit/debit card or bank transfer is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the package chosen.
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Terms and Conditions
Room Occupancy Policy:-
For Double Room –
- 3 Adults are allowed in 1 one room with extra mattress which is on chargeable basis.
- 2 Adults & 2 Children (below 6 Years & below 11 years) are allowed in 1 one room with extra mattress which is on chargeable basis.
For Triple Room – (1 Double + 1 Single Bed)
- 3 Adults are allowed in 1 one room, Extra person will be on chargeable basis as per the occupancy- Adult / Child.
For Quadruple Room – (1 Double + 2 Single Bed)
- 4 Adults are allowed in 1 one room, Extra person will be on chargeable basis as per the occupancy- Adult / Child.
Child policy
- Child age below 5 years will be on complementary basis on adult meal plan & above 5 years will be on chargeable basis.
- Child from 12 years is treated as an Adult.
- Child between 5 to 11 years is charged with / without extra mattress.

Early Check-In and late Check-Out is subject to availability & is for maximum 1 hour.
No Check-In will be given to Foreigner Guest, NRI or POI without Valid Passport, Visa.
Guaranteed early Check-In or late Check-Out will be charged one night’s room rent.
